1. Buyer Rights
  a. The buyer has the right to fully comprehend the artist’s ToS before completing a financial commitment.
  b. The buyer may ask for updates as frequently or infrequently as they wish.
  c. The buyer will always receive their refund as specified in the ToS.2. Artist/Seller Rights
  a. The artist may post the commissioned piece on their social media for promotion, unless the buyer has purchased the Private Commission add-on.
  b. The artist has the right to refuse service, for which the buyer will receive a full refund.3. Methods of Payment
  a. If the payment is not in USD, the nearest equivalent must be given (with a +/- $1 variance is accepted)
    i. ex. US$10 = 1 Discord Nitro/~2 Discord Decor/1500 Robux
  b. Most commonly accepted are PayPal, Robux, Discord Nitro/Shop Items, and the artist is open to all other payment methods.
  c. Ask about other payment methods, as I am willing to accommodate!4. Minimum Post-WIP Payment
  a. For commissions totalling $10 or under, the full price must be paid after approving or requesting changes to the WIP.
  b. For commissions totalling greater than $10, a 50% of total price or $10 deposit – whichever is higher – must be paid after approving or requesting changes to the WIP.Final Payment
  a. The remaining total is to be paid once the finished piece is ready to be sent.6. Revisions
  a. The client has unlimited free revisions during the sketch phase.
  b. The client has 4 free minor revisions and 1 free ‘fair’ revision (as determined by the artist) at any point after the sketch phase.7. Sharing of the Artwork
  a. Crediting is encouraged, but not required.
  b. The client may only share watermarked versions of their commissions publicly.
  c. The client may not alter the artist’s watermark.
  d. Use of the artwork with intent to make sales or profit is prohibited without purchasing commercial rights.
  e. None of the artist’s work may be used for AI training.8. Order Formulas/Calculations
  a. Add-Ons = (% Total) x (Base Price)
    i. ex. $1 Add-On = (5% From 5K Resolution) x ($20 Base Price)
    ii. $120 Add-On = (100% From Additional Character + 100% From Additional Character + 100% From Additional Character) x ($40 Base Price)
      1. Note that one of the 100% From Additional Character will be mostly negated by the Group Illustration Discount, which in this case that additional character only costs $6 as opposed to $40.
  b. Discounts = (% Total) x (Base Price)
    i. ex. $5 Discount = (25% From Bundle Commission Discount) x ($20 Base Price)
    ii. $34 Discount = (85% From Group Illustration Discount) x ($40 Base Price)
    iii. $21 Discount = (60% From Bundle Commission Discount + 10% From Returning Customer Discount) x ($30 Base Price)
  c. Total = Base Price + Add-Ons - Discounts
    i. ex. $16 Total = $20 Base Price + $1 Add-On - $5 Discount
    ii. $126 Total = $40 Base Price + $120 Add-On - $34 Discount
    iii. $9 Total = $30 Base Price + $0 Add-Ons - $21 Discount9. Commercial Rights Privileges
  a. This section details the additional privileges the client receives from purchasing Commercial Rights to their commission.
  b. These privileges override any conflicting statements from the prior sections.
  c. The client can share unwatermarked versions.
  d. The client can duplicate the art with intent to make sales or profit.
  e. The client receives 1 free ‘major’ revision (as determined by the artist) at any point after the sketch phase.Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions that can help guide you through my ToS!
